  • You will always be treated fairly, honestly, and courteously by a team of caring professionals.
  • We will promptly respond to your service requests within 24 hours during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
  • We will help you feel at home in your community.
  • Your apartment will be clean, welcoming and prepared to your satisfaction when you move in. Our staff will do everything possible to make your move-in a smooth process.
  • If you are not satisfied with your new Bonaventure apartment you may cancel your lease and move out at any time during the first 30 days without penalty.
  • You may transfer to another available apartment in your community, or any Bonaventure community, at any time by signing a new 12 month lease. (A transfer fee will apply).
